The Journey — Realizing Spiritual Freedom

Sunrise Chapel is once again starting an exciting journey committed to helping individuals and families in Tucson. The Journey is a spiritual growth program designed to serve people who want to take a meaningful and positive step in personal and spiritual growth. It is an interactive program that creates opportunities for individual study, building friendships, finding support, and becoming more connected to a spiritual community.

This program will run for eight weeks, starting on January 27, and is open to everyone. The program includes Sunday worship, an opportunity to be part of a small group, and materials for daily study and reflection time.

People who have participated in this program before say: “This program has helped me feel closer to my spouse and given us a chance to connect on a deeper level. It has been helpful, reminding me of what is important in life and to be grateful for the things I have” and “This program helped me to feel part of a community and more integrated”.

By participating in this program you will be creating a space to grow personally, discovering areas in your life that hold you back, and finding new tools for breaking free from old habits. Participation also creates an opportunity to find and build friendships that support you in your life and on your spiritual path.

Small groups are a fun and safe place to study and share your experiences with others who are doing the same work of spiritual growth.
